Natalie Stephenson Joins RICS UAE Advisory Board

We’re proud to share that our Partner, Natalie Stephenson, has been appointed to the RICS UAE Regional Advisory Board, as announced in RICS’ latest Quarterly Newsletter.

With over 20 years of industry experience across the Middle East and the UK, Natalie brings both deep technical knowledge and a clear vision for the future of the profession. In this new role, she’ll be contributing to strategic conversations that shape the built environment in the region with a particular focus on mentorship, training, and inclusion.

“I’m looking forward to developing initiatives specifically designed to create pathways for women and ethnic minorities to become industry leaders,” said Natalie.

As part of her advisory work, Natalie will help support the next generation of surveyors, champion diversity across the sector, and contribute to the evolution of professional standards in the UAE and beyond.
