A Look at How Far We’ve Come

In 2015, CSQ began with one person, one project, and a clear intention: to do things differently in the construction and real estate industry.

We didn’t set out to be the biggest, we set out to be trusted. From day one, our focus was on delivering meaningful results, building strong partnerships, and bringing together people who care about the quality of their work.

Ten years later, CSQ is a growing team of passionate professionals, chartered surveyors, project managers, architects, engineers, and specialists working across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, London, and beyond. We’ve delivered iconic buildings, managed complex developments, and provided expert consultancy on some of the region’s most ambitious projects.

To mark this milestone, our entire team came together for a special townhall. It was a day to look back on where we started, celebrate what we’ve achieved, and align on where we’re going next.

What’s made the biggest difference over the past decade? It’s the people. The trust our clients place in us. The dedication of our team. The strength of the relationships we’ve built.
